Overview
ORC Exposure System is a high-precision exposure system used to transfer circuit patterns onto PCB panels in the manufacturing process.
Automatic double-side exposure systems can expose both sides of a PCB at the same time, improving productivity in mass production lines. CCD alignment enables automatic X/Y/θ position correction for accurate pattern registration.
Vacuum contact exposure systems bring the film and substrate into close contact under vacuum before exposure, making them suitable for fine line pattern formation and high-resolution PCB production.
